Our Certified Sanitary Cutting Board Material
At CuttingBoardWerks, we use only certified sanitary cutting board material, to guarantee you have the cleanest food preparation surfaces. Our custom cutting boards are cut from high density polyethylene, also known as HDPE.
Our HDPE plastic cutting boards are certified by:
- NSF – National Science Foundation under Standard 02
- USDA – United States Department of Agriculture compliant
- AAC – Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada
- FDA – Food & Drug Administration regulation 21CFR177.1520, item 2.1
