Our custom cut-to-size products are non-returnable. Please double-check your dimensions, colors, and material types before submitting your order. Our custom cutting boards are cut to within the commercial food service “industry” tolerance of 1/8 of an inch.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee a perfect fit into third-party manufacturer frames, fixtures or model numbers – final fitting and cutting board modification to create exact fits in these instances is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you need EXACT tolerances, you must submit a CUSTOM FIT order via email ONLY, which includes a clear drawing of what you need, and we will then email you back a quote and e-invoice for this work – and then when approved and paid, CNC cut your CUSTOM FIT board down to tolerances of .001 inches. CUSTOM FIT orders are not returnable under ANY circumstances!
Items may be returned ONLY if defective in manufacture, or if items do not match what you ordered. If your item fits those parameters, DO NOT USE IT EVEN ONCE. Items can not be returned if used even once, due to the certified sanitary nature of the product. All returns must be initiated within 35 days of receiving your product.
Qualifying item refunds will be issued to your original payment method, within 10 business days after your returned order is received by us. Responsibility for return shipping charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If your item(s) are damaged in shipping, you must file any monetary claims with the shipper ONLY. Items damaged in shipping are NOT returnable to CuttingBoardWerks.
