We will custom cut any size board up to 96″ x 48″ dimensions, in 1/8th inch increments (enter in decimal form – .375 , .25, .5, .75 etc.). Choose from four thicknesses – 1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″. Our poly (HDPE) boards are available in seven colors in the half-inch and three-quarter-inch thicknesses. Heat-resistant (up to 350 degrees) Richlite boards are available in 1/4″ and 1/2″ black, and all four thicknesses in “natural” light brown, which has a wood look to it.

Our production lead times are 3-5 days, and UPS Ground shipping is between 3-9 days depending where you are located. We do offer UPS Next Day Air as a ship choice, but using expedited shipping is generally discouraged, since these are custom made products and will not be ready to ship until they are cut, meaning you would not get your order overnight no matter what.
